Handmade in Tel Aviv, Israel for the world to enjoy.  The Wind lampshade is handmade of many thinly cut wood veneer strips. The veneer keeps its flexibility and movement, while precise angles give the lamp its characteristic dome-shape.

The light works its way through the gently widening slits between the strips, creating a rich range of colors. Handcrafted to give you that beautiful blend of nature and design.

Like the stems in a field of wheat, when a light breeze is bending them, so do the veneer strips of the Wind lampshade rest each one on its neighbor, in a soft movement, closing a circle.

When the lamp is lit, the layers of strips and the gaps between them create a range of warm colors. There is a delicate balance between repetition and natural irregularities.
