Returns & Terms of Service
We offer free shipping within the contiguous 48 US States for all order. Please call (800-919-7701) or email us (hello@ruinel.com) if you have questions about this. For orders shipping outside of North America, orders must be placed with one of our representatives through phone (800-919-7701) or email (hello@ruinel.com). When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. A return request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note returns will only be provided as store credit. For returns due to damage, the cost of shipping and handling each way will be deducted from the final store credit issued. A returned item must meet the following criteria:
- Item is in resalable condition, free from damages, scratches and/or defects. This must be verified before store credit can be issued. For received in a damaged condition please see “Damages & Claims” below.
- Item must not have been installed
- Item must be in its original packaging without any writing or labels on the original packaging
If you need to cancel an order, please call our customer support (800-919-7701) or send us an email (hello@ruinel.com). Please note the following conditions for cancellations:
- Orders cannot be cancelled after they have already shipped
- Orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of an order being placed. Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after they have already shipped. Once the item is en route, the request will be considered a return. In this case, the shipping and handling costs each way will be deducted from the final refund.
- Any refused shipments will be considered cancellations and are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to any shipping and handling fees incurred.
If you notice that your ordered was damaged during transit, do not take possession of the damaged goods. Any damage should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt if possible.
If you notice concealed damage after delivery, then you will need to take pictures of the damage and contact our customer service team immediately by phone (800-919-7701) or email (hello@ruinel.com). We require that damages are reported to us within 48 hours of delivery and most carriers only allow claims to be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace all damages reported within 48 hours. Replacements of damages reported after 48 hours will only be replaced if we are able to file a claim with our carrier. If not covered by the carrier, for returns due to damage, the cost of shipping and handling each way will be deducted from the final store credit issued.

Order Online - Ordering online is safe, easy, and it is the fastest way to place an order. You may make changes at any time and review nearly every step of the way until your order is fully placed and shipped to you. This is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What Are My Payment Options? Credit Cards - We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
Once your order is placed, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order has been placed to the email you entered during checkout. The subject line will say "Ruinel.com Order {Order No.} Confirmation ". This email is your receipt and we advise you to review this email for any errors and advise us of any mistakes.
We do not charge sales tax. Ruinel is not responsible for individual states' sales tax reporting laws related to online purchases. We can encourage you to check your states' regulations before you shop.
You may become eligible for various discounts and promotions we offer at our store. If you have a coupon code or promotional codes, please enter that code during checkout to apply the discount that is being offered. Please contact us if you have any questions or need further assistance using coupon codes.
